Someone once said that St. Magdalener flows in Johannes' blood. We think this is pretty close to the truth. Johannes has been looking after the vineyard and cellar for almost five decades. He has made the Pfannenstielhof what it is today. His vision is to get the best out of the terroir here at Pfannenstielhof and out of the two grape varieties Vernatsch and Lagrein. What sounds simple requires unrelenting passion and expertise that is constantly being called into question.
„Dass Veronika sich entschieden hat, den Pfannenstielhof in die Zukunft zu führen, erfüllt mich mit großer Freude.“

Veronika returned to the Pfannenstielhof after studying oenology and working in wineries both in Italy and abroad. She grew up with wine and is developing her own vision for the Pfannenstielhof's future. Veronika's dedication and her outstanding expertise not only benefit our work but also ensure that the eighth generation is firmly established at the Pfannenstielhof.
“I have great respect for our long tradition. And lots of ideas on how we can take it into the future!”
Anna's helping hands are always welcome at the Pfannenstielhof. She has devoted her life to being a teacher and is always on hand when help is needed.
“I am passionate about the farm. We are a true family business!”
